Iliad Epic Grow is now a licensed cultivator for Adult-Use Marijuana by the <a href=\"https://www.michigan.gov/mra/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener noreferrer\">Marijuana Regulatory Agency (MRA) of Michigan</a>.</p>\n<h2>What this means for the industry</h2>\n<p>With all this excitement, you might be wondering… What does this mean for the recreational marijuana industry? More importantly—what does it mean for me, the buyer?</p>\n<h3>More product to meet the increasing demand of recreational marijuana sales</h3>\n<p>This one is more obvious. Due to the high demand for recreational marijuana in the state of Michigan, dispensaries need a growing supply of quality product.</p>\n<p>This demand was highlighted in April, when the <a href=\"https://www.freep.com/story/news/marijuana/2020/04/14/state-eliminates-big-part-supply-chain-legal-weed-market/2986352001/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener noreferrer\">MRA took action to prevent recreational marijuana retailers from buying cannabis products produced by caregivers</a>. The abrupt decision immediately cut roughly 60% of the supply chain for recreational marijuana sold in licensed dispensaries across the state.</p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>“Effective April 8, 2020, the MRA will not permit caregiver-produced or derived product to enter the adult-use market”</p>\n<p>— <cite>Marijuana Regulatory Agency, Michigan</cite></p>\n</blockquote>\n<p>Needless to say, Michigan marijuana purchasers welcome the entry of licensed cultivators. We're excited to do our part to stabilize supply and price in the industry.</p>\n<h3>An ever-growing selection of new marijuana products</h3>\n<p>Quantity matters—of course—but what about variety?</p>\n<p>Increasing supply in the adult-use market means an expanding diversity of both marijuana genetics and product form. Expect more strains and edible products to hit the market this year.</p>\n<h2>What This Means for Iliad Epic Grow</h2>\n<p>This is a major step forward for Iliad Epic Grow’s future growth.
